What time is check-in /check-out?

The check-in time is 3:00 pm and the check-out time is 12:00 pm.

what are the check-in instructions?

Can I have an early check-in?

It may be possible to accommodate an early check-in. To request an early check-in, please contact us at victor.manzueta@casaculturas.com.

Where is the closest supermarket?

The closest grocery store, Safeway, is about a 10 minute walk away or a 4 minute drive.

Are their heaters in the rooms?

Yes, there is central air and heaters in the space. Feel free to set the temperature to your liking.

Is there a washer/dryer in the space?

Yes, there is a washer and dryer in the rental space.

How do you lock/unlock the doors when entering/leaving the space?

Complete instructions for locking and unlocking doors will be emailed to guests upon booking.

Of note is that when entering/leaving and locking the doors: there are two doors at the entrance of the space; an outer door and an inner door.

You will need to lock/unlock the inner door and outer door using a lock code that will be sent upon booking.

Is there private parking?

Private parking is not available at this time. There is street parking available on surrounding streets.
